[MonoTouch] New Mono 2.8 & MonoTouch 3.6 UI Builder not updating

I was forced to upgrade to the newest version of Mono 2.8 when loading my
Monotouch 3.6 project. After installing Mono 2.8 thing went well after
upgrading the project to to the newer format... UNTIL..... I tried to add
new UIButtons using UI Builder :( Now the .designer.cs file doesn't get
updated when changes are made.... I did have Xcode 3 and after reading
another posting I upgraded to Xcode 4.1 ....  STILL NO UPDATES ARE HAPPENING
to the designer file after saving and recompiling.

I REALLY hope Mono 2.8 supports MonoTouch 3.6 since I do not have the 4.x
version yet and my project was upgraded. I have been making changes to my
source for a few days and don't want to have to revert everything and then
re-implement my code again.

Any help to figure this out would be great :)
