[MonoTouch] Where is my MonoTouch activation code?

I want to switch to xcode 4 and monodevelop 2.8, so i uninstalled EVERYTHING
and want to start over. Now i'm trying to find my monotouch activation code,
but i can't find it? Was it emailed to me? I can't recall ever receiving an
email?
