[MonoTouch] Sopporting ios 4 and ios 5

Hi,

Yes, it will be fixed in the final MonoTouch 5.0 release.

For the size change: has the .app directory built for the simulator changed
that much too? And have you changed how linking is done (by default it
should link sdk assemblies only).
