[MonoTouch] Semantic Highlighting MD 2.8

Hi Trip, Dimitris,

>From what I understand, it is temporarily disabled in MonoDevelop 2.8 due to
crashes and other instability but will return in the next major release of
MonoDevelop with a vastly improved underlying parser.

It may even return sooner (in a 2.8.x release), but I'm not sure.
