[MonoTouch] Some basic example apps that don't use Interface Builder.

Once my current app is in the appstore, I'm thinking about open
sourceing it (well, kinda, with a big cavieat). It's 100% code, no
IB.... Not that clean at the moment (usual final-days push), but...
could be good as a sample.

However, I do have one app, which is around 12 months old, which is up:

It _was_ a viewer for BBC iplayer, but they blocked the streaming method :(
