There are a few possibilities. You could try SvnBridge
http://svnbridge.codeplex.com/
I thought it was a SVN->TFS proxy, but after reading the site, I'm not sure.
-------------
and the fine folks who bought you SourceGear Vault got partially
bought by MSFT, and released TeamPrise:
As of today - for Team Foundation Server 2010 - TeamPrise has been
rebranded as Microsoft Team Explorer Everywhere 2010. More
information, and download, from its Microsoft Download Page. I am not
sure of the licensing costs that Microsoft has for this now. A quick
call to someone like CDW should be able to answer that for you.
We used TeamPrise at my previous employer. It had/has a nice clean
interface and works just as well as Team Explorer. The new version
supports Team Foundation Server 2005, 2008, and 2010.

it's command line, but it's official, and it should work.
(BTW, that was the second link for "TFS Mac" on google.)
Personally, I'd avoid using TFS and try Git, Mercurial (eg via Kiln) or SVN.
:)
