[MonoTouch] Could not open port for debugger. Another process may be using the port.

Sometimes I see that. Then I go to iPad and see that the application is
still running and I must kill it. Or to close MonoDevelop. Or to close the
simulator.

But I don't see it always and that's way I don't remember now exactly what I
do by instinctŠ
