[MonoTouch] WCF Status

Hmm. I get errors about MonoTouch not supporting dynamic proxy generation.
There are probably ways of generating static proxies but that will be
incompatible with the way I generate my proxies in the existing Silverlight
codebase so not sure its worth pursuing.
