[MonoTouch] SecureChannelFailure when using WebProxy

I figured it out.  My proxy requires some custom headers.  Apparently custom
headers set on the WebRequest do not get applied to the proxy "CONNECT"
request.   This is also the case in .Net.   If anyone has a dirty hack for
this, it would be great.
