[MonoTouch] UIViewController and MT.Dialog frame?

Hi Pavel,

Sorry my bad - I am actually doing
myViewController.View.AddSubView(myDialog.View) ... and this makes the
dialog go to the entire background covered by the navigationbar and the
tabbar. :(
