[MonoTouch] Binding to Static Framework and using Core.Bluetooth

Hi Walt,

It's *supposed* to be. It certainly seems odd that it can't find it :-\

Can you submit a bug report about this to http://bugzilla.xamarin.com so
that one of the MonoTouch devs can look into this issue? Perhaps our code
is trying to look in the wrong place for CoreBluetooth?
