[MonoTouch] Location found detection

I usually wait until I get something with a good degree of accuracy (<
150m) then fire off any searches. it takes a few seconds (sometimes
quite a few) so you will need to show the user something while they
wait.
The accuracy is passed into the UpdatedLocation delegate method.
