[MonoTouch] Monodevelop 2.8.5 project options wrong?

After installing Monodevelop 2.8.5 a few days ago, i noticed that all the
icons for app and spotlight under project->solution options -> Iphone
APplications are now 64x64 pixels?

Also the itunes image is now 256x256 in stead of the former 512x512, and
also the launch images have weird sizes that don't correspond with the
actual device sizes. I don't recall Apple changing any of these, or am i
mistaken?

Will everything still work if use the correct icon sizes, like 50x50, 57x57,
72x72, 512x512 etc?
