[MonoTouch] Socket Connection

Actually I do call BeginReceive on the callback, so much that if I do call
Connect() directly the same callback work fine and I get all the data I
need.
The problem only arises when I try to connect asynchronously with
BeginConnect/EndConnect. 
In both situations I am calling exactly the same callback.
