[MonoTouch] Makefile & Other Questions

So I have a few separate questions!

I am not doing this whole "makefile" thing right at all. I click on it and
nothing happens. Then I run terminal with "make filelocation" and it still
doesn't work. I feel like I must be doing something wrong because this
happens on all the MT bindings. I get the "Command not found" thing over and
over.

I'm downloading some URLs from a remote database and using these to embed a
video in my application. I have heard several contradictory things on this.
First, I have heard that embedded videos from YouTube have been accepted,
while embeded videos from Vimeo have been declined. I have also heard of
applications of both types being accepted and declined. So I was just
wondering what the protocol on this was?

Finally, I was wondering if there were any developers from the Southern
United States? It always seems like every developer is from the Northeast,
West, Europe, or Australia! 

Sorry for some nub questions, I'm new to this whole thing!
