[MonoTouch] Review for appstore, Apple wants a video

Wow that was fast! Only a few hours after resubmitting, they approved, my app
is now ready for sale :) i only forgot to complete the contract, so that is
still pending... 

Btw the video was very basic, very short, i just showed that it worked, both
the iphone and the ipad versions.
