[MonoTouch] Symbolicate crash?

Hi,

some of you seem to be able to symbolicate a .crash file of a Monotouch app
by simply dragging it into the Xcode Organizer.
Mine never symbolicate. Can anybody give me instructions what preconditions
I have to meet to make it work?
