[MonoTouch] ShouldHideViewController no longer a member of UISplitViewController

Hello Shawn,
Jeff is right. The
"splitViewController:shouldHideViewController:inOrientation:" selector
was misplaced, it should have been binded on the delegate [1] and not
on the controller itself.
