[MonoTouch] Delay in syncing xcode 4 IB changes with Monotouch

I think I worded something badly.

Let me rephrase.

If 2.8.2 did *not* have this problem, but 2.8.4 does, then *that* bug is
fixed in 2.8.5 afaik.

But if the problem existed in all 2.8.x versions, then that bug has not
been determined nor fixed in 2.8.5.
