[MonoTouch] Delay in syncing xcode 4 IB changes with Monotouch

Hi,

I just posted about something similar to this

here  (as I did not see your post).  

But my behaviour is different - sometimes when I finish editing a XIB (when
the xx.designer.cs is not even loaded in MonoDevelop) it will sync, and
sometimes it will not.

But I'm storing all my project files on a network share, and I'm assuming
MonoDevelop is doing some sort of file-level monitoring to know when XCode
is done (or maybe based on the application being brought back into focus??),
so I put all my problems down to network sharing!

I'll try opening the designer file the next time it decides not to update
itself when I'm finished in XCode and let you know if it helps - glad to see
there may be a workaround!
