[MonoTouch] Xamarin Mobile API Preview 0.2

Hi Miljenko,

As Mike said, I sent the email individually to each list instead of sending
the one to both. We're looking into other potential mailing lists.

What exception are you getting with VS? We tested with VS and didn't run
into any issues, so please let us know. Is your VS running MfA 4.0?

Additionally, for everyone because it was missed:
The M4A version requires MfA 4.0. The minimum Android API level is still 7
and the minimum iOS requirement is 4.1.
