[MonoTouch] Xamarin Mobile API Preview 0.2

Hi Eric

Few questions:

  * Why only MonoTouch mailing list?
    If API is cross platform I guess guys on the M4A list are beeing a
    bit neglected
  * What do You guys think about opening Mobile mailing list for both
    (all three) platforms
    Those could be an alias for MonoTouch and Mono4Android
  * I'm testing the API and
      o both v0.1 and v.0.2 can be sideloaded to Android device from
        Monodevelop
        and work, but from VS there is exception.
        We are testing on 2 machines to see if this is VS setup or
        something else.
        Will send screenshots ASAP...
      o mimiced/reversed your API and added WP Location Services
        could not test in WP7, just moved last night to mango WP7.1
        who's simulator
        has loaction service simulation extension.
        Will report how this is proceeding...
