+1 to GIT as well.. We are a NSI with Microsoft, we have TFS for all our MS work.. But when it comes to non MS platforms, we keep an account at Repositoryhosting.com for those.. I love GIT.. Its a bit to grok but once you do its a worth while transition for no Visual Studio projects.

For fear of going off topic, I'd say +1 to don't use TFS. Git FTW! :)

The TFS question comes up quite a lot. the usual result is:

1. Use something else.
2. Use Teamprise, or whatever it is Microsoft calls it. It's a cross
platform TFS client for Mac and Unix, which was developed originally
by the people who did SourceGear Vault.

And I doubt you'll get a TFS build server for it, as it would need to
run on the Mac (for MonoTouch anyway - MFA might work), and I doubt MS
have a Mac build agent. But I could be wrong - I've managed to avoid
TFS for my career so far.
