Hi,
Which versions of MonoTouch and MonoDevelop do you have installed? And can
you see if anything is printed in the iOS console [1] when starting the app
on device?
Rolf
[1] You can view the iOS console either in MonoDevelop (if you have a
recent MonoDevelop): View->Pads->iOS Device Log, or on the command line:
/Developer/MonoTouch/usr/bin/mtouch --logdev
