[MonoTouch] Error building/deploying since last update

Yep, it works fine.
If that's any help at all, building a sample project with X-Code works and
deploys fine.

I'm already on USB mode. Didn't touch this option.

This is the setup I had when it last worked: (mentioned in
http://bugzilla.xamarin.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2194 which is a bug I filed
when I had the working setup)
