[MonoTouch] Error building/deploying since last update

Hello,

I updated to the latest version of MonoDevelop / Monotouch when prompted
today and I'm unable to deploy anymore...

When building for the device, I get an error at the end of the build:
Error: This machine does not have any network adapters. This is required
when debugging or profiling on device over WiFi or on the simulator.

Tried rebooting, but it didn't work fix the problem.
If I ignore this error and try to deploy anyway I get this error:

Installation failed: AMDeviceInstallApplication returned: 0xe800801c
The application was terminated by a signal: SIGHUP

Help?

- I have the latest version of MonoDevelop/Monotouch
- Deploying on iOS 5.0.1 (iPad2)
- Latest version of XCode and SDK (4.2.1)
