[MonoTouch] no app icon being set

So I assume I’m just missing something silly here but I’m unable to get an
application icon to show up for my little test app – I’ve provided 3 icons
(PNG files) for the app icons (57x57, 72x72 and 114x114), I have an app
identifier (saw that on some other Q&As) – the app compiles and runs ok on
both the simulator and my physical device but on both there is no app icon. 
I’ve copied the PNG files into the root of my application and I’ve made sure
the build action is set to “content” for all of them.

Anything else obvious I’m missing here?  I’m running the licensed version,
just installed today – I’m on Lion with XCode 4.2.1.
