[MonoTouch] Error while building

Hi Ed,

Do you have a sample project that you can reproduce this with that you can
attach to a bug report on http://bugzilla.xamarin.com?

Maybe it has something to do with the xib or... I have no idea, but it
doesn't happen for me. Something's gotta be different about it or your
project. I just don't know what it could be.

I want to say that if it works if Xcode is already running, then it's a
race in Xcode because we just execute some simple AppleScript which is
supposed to first launch Xcode (if it's not already running) and then, once
it finishes launching, tells Xcode to open the xib, but I'd like to be able
to at least confirm it's not something we're doing wrong.
