[MonoTouch] tap and hold event

Hi there,
I'm not really familiar with iPhone framework. I was wondering if there is a
"tap and hold" event I can catch when someone puts their finger on a let's
say label or a UITableViewCell. more specifically I want to know which word
they tapped on.
