[MonoTouch] Library for UI stuff

I can't fail to wonder why certain things are so hard to do with iPhone UI
stuff. for example, try to add a subview as a modal popup. you have to take
care of so many thing (making it go away if the parent view goes away for
example). also the subview has to add it's controls to the parent view's
controller (as it is the file owner), or I couldn't find a better way.

I was wondering if there is a monotouch library for creating nice UI (like
sliding panels for the bottom of the screen, popup views (modal or
mode-less) and designers for adding controls to UIAlertView).
