Hi,
"You can get the update for your version of MonoTouch by either running
MonoDevelop->Check for Updates, or restarting MonoDevelop."

at least for me the "Check for Updates" option was located in the Help
menu.

Just to avoid that someone else gets confused by this like I was :-)
