[MonoTouch] no intellisense

I did that, and it went from "absolutely nothing" to "very little, and only
for a handful of types".
As a trivial example:
string name = "Fred";
name. ("name." Gives me "Gathering class information" forever, as does
string., and if I type "string.Format(" there is no info on arguments etc.)
It looks pretty broken to me.

I had the same problem after installing the latest MonoDevelop. I
ended up restarting MonoDevelop and intellisense returned.
