[MonoTouch] CGImageCreate?

[Ed Anuff]

I can't find a binding for CGImageCreate.  Is there anyway to use this?  I'm
not realy sure how to bind Core Foundation functions.  It looks like
CGDataProvider isn't bound either, which CGImageCreate needs.  :(
