[MonoTouch] appstore approval for apps developed with/in monotouch

My guess is that you'll have more chances of having other problems than
anything MonoTouch related.  There are no guarantees when it comes to the
AppStore no matter what the reasoning.

That being said, the MonoTouch framework follows Apple's stated guidelines
so it should not cause any problems.  But it's not guaranteed.  Make sense?
