[MonoTouch] Cannot Debug in Simulator

Hi everyone,

I have the latest version of all the tools I need. At least, that is
what the "Check for Updates" in MonoDevelop tells me. I also have the
latest edition of the iPhone SDK (3.1.2 in
Developer/Platforms/iPhoneOS.Platform/Developer/SKDs).
But I do not have the Debug options in MonoDevelop like I see on
screenshots; e.g. I don't have a "Active configuration" menu item under
"Project", and I do not have a "Debug" option under the "Run" menu (but
I do have a "Debug in XCode" option).

When I open a terminal window and perform a
"/Developer/MonoTouch/usr/bin/mtouch -v" I get the following:

Framework is:
/Developer/Platforms/iPhoneSimulator.platform/Developer/SDKs/iPhoneSimulator3.0.sdk

Looks like something is not configured well.

Anyone any ideas to help me out?

Thanks,

Richard
