[mono-android] Update 4.2.8 Broke Activation

Jon,

I sent my license file to jonp at Xamarin.  Is this the correct address to
use?

I ran
Console.WriteLine(Environment.GetFolderPath(Environment.SpecialFolder.CommonApplicationData))
in LINQPad just to make sure I was using the correct folder.  It returned
"C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data" which is the
directory I'm using.

My license filename is monoandroid.licx.

Here is the full path I'm using:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Mono for
Android\License\monoandroid.licx

Side note: I've also tried the following path, but it didn't work either.
C:\Documents and Settings\thomas.replogle\Application Data\Mono for
Android\License\monoandroid.licx
