[mono-android] Avoidable TPF error in M4A

Urgh - I went back to my test project, that had gone through some refactoring
in the meantime, and that seems to have done something as now I cannot
reproduce what used to happen every time.

For future reference - how do I copy the stacktrace from the error dialog?
If memory serves me right, it was a dialog without the ability to select
anything.
