[mono-android] Unable to deploy app

Hello,

I had monodroid installed and it worked fine (deploy app to
emulator/device).
Now I've re-installed my system on a new SSD (on the same computer I had
monodroid installed previously) and for some reason I am no longer able to
deploy the app: 
when the "Select device" pop-up shows up my doesn't appear. Also, if I start
an emulator image that emulator also doesn't appear in the list of devices.

Any suggestions ?
Maybe there's something I'm missing.

PS: 
I've added the monodroid serial;
I've installed the USB debugger driver
I've enabled usb debugging on my phone
