[mono-android] Issue with Team Foundation server in VS 2010 SP1

i dont now the mechanisms of the VS 2010, but the normal way, as i think, can
be the next:
when user change some settings on tab "Android Manifest" in project
properties, you raise some Visual Studio event which says VS "check in the
file "AAA" now!". But i dont know if VS have such event, sorry.
It is a normal way of work in VS with source control - when you try to
change file or project settings, VS check it in automatically.
So, if this way is possible, you can raise this event for changing
Resource.Designer.cs until project is building..
