[mono-android] convert from java getX/setX to .NET properties

I think I know why I didn't see the .NET property.  I had just provided a set on the Java side.  According to the rules, it won't be created. Wally

Thanks JP.  I started to see this behavior this morning.  I'm not sure why I didn't see it before.
