[mono-android] Kindle Fire feedback...the process and use

I'm curious about the quick settings menu with M4A and the KindleFire.

I'm currently having some issues with the app to return correctly after
changing the volume.  My app never returns to the "onRenderFrame" after the
quick settings menu is accessed.  My 'OnResume' callback is hit in my
Android Activity, but its locked on the splash screen after that.

1) Anyone else had this problem and found a solution?

2) If not, has anyone found that not returning to the app after changing the
volume has prevented the app from getting approval to the Amazon App store?
