[mono-android] VS 2010 Deploy to Kindle Fire - Cannot Get App Icon, Just Default Icon

Interesting... I just tried adding <application android:icon="@drawable/icon"
... > to my manifest and the icon appeared on the next deploy and seems to
update without trouble.
