[mono-android] debugger constantly detaches

Thanks caruso,

I thought this was android OS complaining that it has to clean up after my
application disappeared. I will have another look though.. 

I'm not sure if statenotneeded will help - my application isn't being
shutdown in the expected manner - doesn't receive an onstop/ondestroy for
example.

I definitely have done something to upset the debugger too though - since it
wont stop on the debug.log line that does actually print.. :(
