[mono-android] Visual Studio (modal) dialogs appearing in the background

I have also experienced this.  It seems to occur when you are working in another application when the modal dialog appears.  The dialog appears on the same screen you are working on (I use three) but behind the window you are working in.

I've never seen this, but I changed some code that will hopefully fix
this for the release after 4.2.3.
