[mono-android] GetAccessoryList?

Are you sure that your devices and custom ROMs do support 
android.hardware.usb? If they don't, they won't work by nature.

This might tell you if each of your devices supports it or not. Note 
that this might *fake* it by saying it supports while in fact it doesn't:

adb shell pm list features | ||grep| |usb|

I had a cheap Chinese Android Tablet (suli SL-7) which never worked fine 
with many apps including MfA and Angry Birds. I doubt any unknown device 
could work fine.
