[mono-android] detect SD Card path?

My Samsung Galaxy S2 mounts the internal sdcard on /mnt/emmc and the micro
sdcard at /mnt/sdcard. Though I am using CyanogenMod 9 on it, so I don't
know how the factory rom does it.
