[mono-android] detect SD Card path?

Hi !

How can I get the SD card path? 
I know that i can call Environment.ExternalStorageDirectory. But this will
result in /mnt/sdcard. 
My sd card is mounted to /mnt/sdcard/external_sd. 

Has anyone somecode to figure out the correct path for internal and external
(sd) storage location?
