[mono-android] Must reference valid KeyStore error.....

Hmmm, weird.  I'm using Git, so I stashed my changes to try and figure
this one out.  I applied my changes, one at a time, until they were
all reapplied. Now this error no longer happens.  The two biggest
differences:

* restarted my emulator image (using -wipe-data)
* updated to MonoDevelop 2.8.6.4
