[mono-android] no space on emulator

You might want to double check logcat.
Unfortunately, there are other reasons that adb returns
[INSTALL_FAILED_INSUFFICIENT_STORAGE] that have nothing to do with
available space. :/
Android writes the actual error to logcat.
