[mono-android] Installing Mono Runtime Stalls - solved I think

I copied both :

Mono.Android.DebugRuntime-debug.apk
Mono.Android.Platform.apk

to the tablet and executed them on the tablet.
The log file said it was looking for the platform/android-8 so that is the
one I added.  Is this correct?



Now seems to work fine.
